For more than six years, Innovative Office Systems (IOS) has been providing companies with specialized software to help them organize their conference or event registration. This includes databases to track members and event details, registration and payment gateways, as well as tools to analyze data. Here’s one example of an event planning application that is still in use today.

• Conference Management – A database backend resides on the local area network that stores data from registrant contact information to event location details. This database can be accessed via a front-end application which allows data entry, modifications, and reporting tools. In addition to manually entering participant information, a secure webpage is available to allow online users to purchase and make payment for events online.
